  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Chop the chicken, bacon, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Season the potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2: Cook the Bacon
  1. Place the bacon on the hot griddle and cook until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon grease on the griddle.
Step 3: Cook the Potatoes
  1. Add olive oil and spread the potatoes out in an even layer.
