  • 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  • Chop the chicken, bacon, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season the potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  • Place the bacon on the hot griddle and cook until crispy.
  • Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon grease on the griddle.

Step 3: Cook the Potatoes

  • Add olive oil and spread the potatoes out in an even layer.
  • Let them cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

  • Push the potatoes to one side of the griddle.
