Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally.
Remove bacon and set aside, leaving about 1-2 tablespoons of bacon grease on the griddle.
Step 2: Cook the Potatoes
Spread diced potatoes onto the griddle, seasoning with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Push potatoes to the side and add chicken pieces to the griddle.
Season with ranch seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
Step 4: Combine Everything
Mix the chicken and potatoes together, then sprinkle crispy bacon over the top.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt for about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
Remove from the griddle and serve hot.
Optionally, garnish with fresh chopped parsley or extra ranch dressing.
