Step 1: Cook the Bacon
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally.
- Remove bacon and set aside, leaving about 1-2 tablespoons of bacon grease on the griddle.
Step 2: Cook the Potatoes
- Spread diced potatoes onto the griddle, seasoning with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- Push potatoes to the side and add chicken pieces to the griddle.
- Season with ranch seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Mix the chicken and potatoes together, then sprinkle crispy bacon over the top.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt for about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
- Remove from the griddle and serve hot.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh chopped parsley or extra ranch dressing.
