Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb bacon chopped
  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Bacon

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  • Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove bacon and set aside, leaving about 1-2 tablespoons of bacon grease on the griddle.

Step 2: Cook the Potatoes

  • Spread diced potatoes onto the griddle, seasoning with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  • Push potatoes to the side and add chicken pieces to the griddle.
  • Season with ranch seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  • Mix the chicken and potatoes together, then sprinkle crispy bacon over the top.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt for about 2 minutes.

  • Remove from the griddle and serve hot.
