Step 1: Preheat the Blackstone Griddle
- Heat your Blackstone to medium-high and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
Step 2: Season the Chicken
- In a bowl, toss the chicken tenderloins with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for a couple of minutes while the griddle heats up.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- Place the chicken on the hot griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
- On the cooler side of the griddle, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir continuously for about a minute until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes and hot sauce, mixing well.
Step 5: Coat the Chicken in the Sauce
- Return the cooked chicken to the griddle, tossing it in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt for about a minute.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
- Remove the chicken from the griddle, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
