Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Blackstone Griddle

  • Heat your Blackstone to medium-high and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread it evenly using a spatula.

Step 2: Season the Chicken

  • In a bowl, toss the chicken tenderloins with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for a couple of minutes while the griddle heats up.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  • Place the chicken on the hot griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • On the cooler side of the griddle, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir continuously for about a minute until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes and hot sauce, mixing well.

Step 5: Coat the Chicken in the Sauce

  • Return the cooked chicken to the griddle, tossing it in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt for about a minute.

Step 6: Garnish & Serve

  • Remove the chicken from the griddle, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
