Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the Blackstone Griddle
  1. Heat your Blackstone to medium-high and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
Step 2: Season the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken tenderloins with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for a couple of minutes while the griddle heats up.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken on the hot griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
  1. On the cooler side of the griddle, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Stir continuously for about a minute until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes and hot sauce, mixing well.
Step 5: Coat the Chicken in the Sauce
  1. Return the cooked chicken to the griddle, tossing it in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt for about a minute.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the griddle, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
