Ingredients
For the Chicken

skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Vegetables

medium zucchini
sliced into spears

avocado oil

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Griddle
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the griddle surface.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
Add the zucchini and onions to the griddle.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Move them to the side of the griddle to keep warm.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter on the other side of the griddle.
Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear for about 2 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
Pour in the soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar.
Stir-fry the chicken until fully cooked and coated in a glossy sauce (about 5–7 minutes).
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Plate the hibachi chicken with a side of rice.
Drizzle yum yum sauce over the chicken or serve it on the side for dipping.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
