  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • Sliced peaches for garnish optional

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Batter
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:
  2. Yellow cake mix
  3. Melted butter
  4. Peach nectar
  5. Vanilla extract
  6. Eggs
  7. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped peaches.
  8. Tip: Avoid overmixing. Stir just until everything comes together.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes.
