Add the chicken: Fold in shredded chicken, Fontina, cheddar, and half the blue cheese crumbles. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Top and bake: Sprinkle the rest of the blue cheese on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is slightly golden.
