¾cupdried cranberriesor golden raisins, or diced dates
½ to ¾cupfinely diced red onion
Dressing:
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonsDijon Mustard
3tablespoonsolive oil

Instructions
Prep the veggies.
Wash and dry the lettuce, celery, and apple. Slice the celery, apple, and avocado.
Make the dressing.
In a small jar or bowl, combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon Mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Shake or whisk until it’s smooth and well mixed.
Combine the salad ingredients.
