- Stir in cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup until evenly mixed.

- Spoon batter into muffin pans, filling each cup about ¾ full.

- Bake for 18–20 minutes until tops look set and lightly golden.

- Let the McGriddle Bites rest for 5 minutes before removing from pans.
