  • Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix as per package instructions
  • 3 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened (divided)
  • 3/4 cup butter softened (divided)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tub Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Strawberry Flavored Frosting

Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.Pour the batter into a greased springformpan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20–25 minutes.Let it cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Layer
  1. In a large bowl, beat 2 packages of cream cheese with 1/2 cup butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy and fluffy.
Step 3: Assemble the Layers
  1. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled brownie base.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 4: Add Strawberry Layer
  1. Spread the strawberry frosting evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  2. This creates that classic “Neapolitan” look and flavor.
Step 5: Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) until fully set.
Step 6: Serve
