tequila silver or blanco

oz
passionfruit juice

oz
raspberry syrup
store-bought or homemade

oz
freshly squeezed lime juice
½
oz
simple syrup
optional, to taste

egg white or 1 oz aquafaba
Ice for shaking
Fresh raspberries and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
Add tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white or aquafaba to a shaker without ice.
Shake hard for about 15 seconds. This dry shake builds the foam.
Add ice to the shaker. Shake again for 10–15 seconds until cold.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass using a fine strainer.
Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lime wedge. Serve right away.
Tip from me: A longer dry shake gives a thicker foam on top.
Notes
Adjust sweetness slowly. Taste after shaking.
Use fresh ice for clean flavor.
