Step 1: Boil the Potatoes

Step 2: Cook the Eggs
- Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil for about 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop them into small pieces.
Step 3: Prepare the Dressing
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Add the cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, and celery into the bowl. Gently mix everything so the potatoes don’t break apart too much.
Step 5: Season
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix again lightly.
