  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Add strawberry cake mix and baking powder to a large bowl. Stir until mixed.
  3. Step 3: Add eggs and vegetable oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  5. Step 5: Scoop dough into 1½-tablespoon portions. Space them two inches apart.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges look set and centers stay soft.
  7. Step 7: Rest cookies on the pan for 5 minutes, then move to a cooling rack.
