Method
- Chill the white wine before starting. Cold wine keeps the sangria crisp.
- Add pineapple, orange slices, and lime slices to a large pitcher.
- Cut the passionfruits in half. Scoop the pulp and seeds into the pitcher.
- Pour in the orange juice. Stir gently to coat the fruit.
- Add the cold white wine. Stir once more.
- Right before serving, pour in the sparkling orange lemonade.
- Give one slow stir. Taste and adjust with ice or extra citrus if needed.
- Serve right away or chill for up to 2 hours for stronger fruit flavor.
My Tip: Add the soda at the end. This keeps the sangria lively and fresh in every glass.
