In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Pour the custard over the bread, pressing gently so each slice absorbs the mixture.
Let it rest for 10 minutes for deeper flavor.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the top looks lightly golden and the center sets.
Let it cool for Few minutes before serving.
Kitchen Tip: I like using day-old bread since it holds the custard better without falling apart.
